Welcome to Highland Hills!

 

Highland Hills is located in the city of Cottage Grove in Washington County, Minnesota.  It is bordered by 65th Street to the south and Hadley Avenue to the east.  It is an area of agriculture, rolling hills, hundreds of pine trees, and a 40-acre natural resource woodlands area that adjoins the site to the west.

 

The unique design of Highland Hills, with its large rural home sites, creates secluded neighborhoods surrounded by their own distinct landscapes of mature pine, spruce, oak and maple trees.  Tree lined boulevards, sidewalks, pathways, and trails also lead you throughout the neighborhood.  The community will feature 183 single-family homes clustered in five neighborhoods surrounding a six-acre family park centered on sports fields, a hockey rink, playgrounds, and a pavilion.

 

Residents will enjoy views of open space, wooded slopes and wildlife living in the wetlands preserve.  It is all within reach of the Twin Cities, approximately eight miles southeast of Minnesota's 'Twin Cities' of St. Paul and Minneapolis.
